니르말라 시타라만 인도 재무장관은 2022년 12월 1일부터 2023년 11월 30일까지 G20 집권 기간 동안 암호화폐에 대한 표준 운영 절차(SOP) 개발 계획을 밝혔다.
시타라만은 이전 에 암호 화폐의 미래를 결정하기 위해 글로벌 협력을 요구 했으며 재정적 안정성에 대한 위험을 인용하여 주류 암호 화폐 채택에 대해 신중 했습니다.
그러나 그녀는 10월 15일 인도 현지 기자들과의 인터뷰에서 “그(암호화폐)도 인도의 것(G20 의장국의 의제)의 일부가 될 것”이라고 확인했다.
G20(Group of Twenty)은 세계 경제와 관련된 주요 문제를 해결하기 위한 글로벌 포럼입니다.
Sitharaman에 따르면 암호화폐를 단독으로 효과적으로 처리하거나 규제할 수 있는 국가는 없습니다.

India’s Finance Minister Nirmala Sitaraman announced plans to develop a standard operating procedure (SOP) for cryptocurrencies during the G20 presidency from December 1, 2022 to November 30, 2023.
Sitharaman has previously called for global collaboration to determine the future of cryptocurrency and has been cautious about mainstream cryptocurrency adoption, citing risks to financial stability.
However, she confirmed in an interview with local Indian reporters on October 15 that “he (cryptocurrency) will also be part of India’s (G20 presidency’s agenda).”
The Group of Twenty (G20) is a global forum for addressing key issues related to the global economy.
According to Sitharaman, no country alone can effectively process or regulate cryptocurrencies.
