셀시어스 네트워크, “폰지 사기” 조사에 직면

월스트리트저널(WSJ) 보고서에 따르면 법원은 셀시어스 네트워크(Celsius Network LLC)의 사업 운영 모델을 조사할 심사관을 임명했다.
이번 조사는 파산 판사가 파산한 회사가 폰지 사기(Ponzi Scheme)로 기능했는지 알아보기 위해 나온 것이다.
그러나 셀시우스 네트워크는 최근 법원이 지정한 조사에 응답하지 않았다고 WSJ는 덧붙였다.

Celcius Network Faces “Ponzi Scam” Investigation

According to a Wall Street Journal report, the court has appointed an examiner to examine Celsius Network LLC’s business operating model.
The investigation came to a bankruptcy judge to see if the bankrupt company was functioning as a Ponzi Scheme.
However, the Celcius Network did not respond to a recent court-designated investigation, the WSJ added.
